Who runs this site

Solo, or not (soloornot.com) is run by Marc Muñoz Gimeno, a private individual living in Spain. You can reach me at hello@soloornot.com.

It is a personal, non-commercial project: there are no ads, no fees and no affiliate links, and it makes no money. If that ever changes, this notice will be completed with the details Spanish law (LSSI) asks of businesses.

Using the site

Using Solo, or not means accepting the Terms of use. How your personal data is handled is explained in the Privacy policy, and the cookies in the Cookie policy.

Content and credits

The design, code, texts and logo of Solo, or not belong to its owner, unless stated otherwise. Some content comes from others, under their own licences:

• Destination photos from Unsplash (Unsplash License), credited to their photographers.
• Photos from Wikimedia Commons, each under its own licence and credited to its author.
• Some photos of places come from the places themselves or from their public listings, and are credited to their source.
• Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); maps served by OpenFreeMap.
• Airport data from mwgg/Airports (MIT) and airline data from OpenFlights (ODbL).

Brand names and logos (airlines, hotels, social networks) belong to their owners. If you own the rights to something shown here and want it credited differently or removed, write to hello@soloornot.com and I'll sort it out quickly.

The information on Solo, or not (entry requirements, visas, places, opening hours, prices, seasons) is a guide, prepared with care but without guarantees. Rules and places change: always check official sources before you travel. I'm not responsible for decisions taken based on it, nor for the content of external sites linked from here.

The site is offered as it is, and it may be unavailable at times or change without notice.

Applicable law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Spain, without prejudice to the rights consumers have to go to the courts of their own place of residence.
