How much does it cost to enter Bali?
For most visitors, IDR 650,000 per person: the visa on arrival (IDR 500,000) plus the tourist levy (IDR 150,000). Visa-free passports only pay the levy. Staying 31 to 60 days with the e-VOA and its extension, IDR 1,150,000.
What is the Bali tourist levy?
A tax of IDR 150,000 per foreign visitor, paid once per trip. It's separate from the visa and covers your whole stay until you leave Indonesia, even if you visit other islands.
Do children pay the visa and the levy?
Yes. The levy is per person, whatever their age, and children need their own visa like adults.
Where do I pay the tourist levy?
Only on the official site lovebali.baliprov.go.id or the Love Bali app, by card, bank transfer or QRIS. If it fails, there's a counter in the arrivals hall at Bali airport. Any other site, or a QR offered in person, is a scam.
Is the arrival card free?
Yes. The All Indonesia arrival card is free and mandatory for everyone, children included. Fill it in on allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or the official app within the 3 days before you land.
