It mixes hotel rooms with apartments in the residence, which suits families and longer stays. There's a kids' club, bikes to rent and a happy hour for the grown-ups. The beach is a few minutes along Wana Segara, and the water park is a short outing. Staff work in English, Indonesian and Japanese, and everything's well organised. A comfortable, organised place that works better with kids than as a base for partying.
