A straightforward room with a private bathroom on the ground floor, set in a quiet garden: Erwin's is for sleeping well, eating a good breakfast and heading out. Staff speak English and Japanese, a nice surprise. The front desk never closes, bikes are for rent and parking is free nearby. It's in a calm part of southern Sanur, so the beach is a bike or scooter ride. Children aren't accepted. For people who travel light and take it easy.
