Going to Sanur? See who'll be around
Plan your trip and we'll show you travellers on your dates. Only if you both want.
A slow dinner among grill smoke and food stalls, when Sanur comes alive after dark.
You come here hungry and without a plan. Once the sun goes down the stalls fill with locals and travellers drifting from one to the next: grilled fish, satay, fruit, juices and a few things you can't pronounce. Walk the whole market before ordering anything, then graze at two or three places and share. Arrive early if queues bother you, or just take it slowly and let the atmosphere do the rest. Bring small cash and something to wipe your hands. It suits solo travellers well, since you eat at counters or shared tables and it's easy to end up chatting with someone.
