Going to Nusa Dua? See who'll be around

Plan your trip and we'll show you travellers on your dates. Only if you both want.

A quiet art break among paintings by artists who fell for Bali, with a well-kept garden to stroll.

This is the plan for when the heat or the rain pushes you off the beach. The museum brings together Balinese and Indonesian art, plus works by outside painters who came to the island from the 1930s on, so you see Bali told by different eyes. The building and the garden are lovely and easy to wander without feeling rushed, and it's usually calm, especially in the morning. Allow an hour and a half and, if you fancy it, finish with a Balinese coffee. It suits anyone who likes art and wants a slow stop in Nusa Dua.
