If you want a beach where you don't have to think much, this is Nusa Dua's. The sand is pale, there's a long stretch to walk without any rush, and the sea is a lot calmer than at Kuta or Canggu, so it's good for a swim or for going with kids. Mornings are cooler and quieter; by midday the sun is fierce, so bring a hat and sunscreen. You can walk here from several hotels, and there are places nearby for a bite. It suits anyone after an easy, restful stretch of sea, not people looking for surf or a party scene.
