Going to Ubud? See who'll be around
Plan your trip and we'll show you travellers on your dates. Only if you both want.
Ancient reliefs carved in rock, among rice fields and without the crowds.
A place for people who like details: an old, weathered frieze carved into the rock, set in the countryside. You walk there through rice fields, and that's half the point: a short stroll that also takes you away from the crowds. Go in the morning when it's cooler and wear comfortable shoes. It's right next to Goa Gajah, so the two combine in a single outing. Good if you enjoy history and landscape more than grand buildings.
