The inspiration is a Balinese water palace: gardens, ponds and two pools beside rooms with a private balcony. It's one of the few hotels in the area with rooms for five, which helps families and big groups. There's a spa, live music and a breakfast that gets lots of praise. The south beach is a walk, and the water park a short scooter ride. It suits families, couples and friends who prefer calm to the noise of central Kuta.
