A quiet beach by the airport, for a morning stroll without the noise of Kuta or Seminyak.

Tuban sits just south of Kuta, right by the airport, and you'll notice: now and then a plane passes low, but in return there are far fewer people. It's a good fit if you've landed early or leave late and have a few spare hours, or if you'd rather have a sandy morning than a party. Go early, when it's cooler and the sea is calmer. There are small stalls and hotels nearby for a drink afterwards. Don't expect surf or much nightlife here; it's for winding down.
