Going to Ubud? See who'll be around

Plan your trip and we'll show you travellers on your dates. Only if you both want.

A traditional village, tidy and calm, made for an unhurried stroll.

There's no single sight, the plan is to walk. A sloping central street with matching house entrances, clean paths and neighbours who actually live here, so keep your voice down and ask before taking photos. Go in the morning, before the tour buses and the heat. It's in the Bangli area, on the way north, so it fits well with a trip to Kintamani or Batur. Bring a little cash for something small. Good if you want to see everyday island life away from Ubud.
