You go down steep steps into a cave where water falls between rocks, and the best moment is when the sun slips in from above and draws a beam of light. That happens around midday, so go then, even though it's busier: weekdays are better. Wear sandals with grip, since you'll wade, and bring a bag for your phone. It takes about an hour and sits a good way east of Ubud. Perfect if you like places with something different and don't mind the steps.
