A walk from the Palace, with garden, art gallery and happy hour: the spot to meet people in the middle of Ubud.
You're within walking distance of the Palace, but step into the garden and the noise stays outside. There's an art gallery, a pool, a restaurant and a calendar of things to do: happy hour, bingo, guided walks, cooking classes and bike rides. It's easy to end up chatting to other travellers at the table or by the pool. Rooms have a balcony over the garden. Great if you're travelling alone and want company without a party, and if you'd like to get around without a scooter from day one.
