A house among rice fields with a pool, an afternoon's amble from the Campuhan Ridge Walk.
By mid-afternoon the pool fills with golden light, with paddies on every side. The double rooms are simple: some with a balcony, some looking at the pool, all with private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The Ridge Walk is a moderate walk, the town a bit farther. There are no luxuries or activity programme, just a calm place to sleep well. Works for people who move independently and value surroundings over extras.
