It sits on the main street, so it's the easiest museum to fit into a day. Several buildings among gardens with ponds, and a good way to see how painting on the island has changed. It works well at midday, when the heat is on and you want shade and quiet. There are often workshops, including for kids, so check if one fits your plans. You can walk there from most places in the centre. Ideal if you have an hour and a half free, travel with children, or need a rainy-day plan.
